Plans of The Lord For You

Jer 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Jer 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
Jeremiah 29: 11 is one of my favorite Bible Verse… It’s a promise of God to His people. To His Children. But honestly there are times, not only 1 time but many and a lot of times that I was deeply saddened about something that I really wanted but never happen. As a human being we want to do everything to satisfy ourselves, our flesh, our wants and our desires. But God ways is different than ours.
Isa 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. Isa 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Sometimes we don’t understand of what’s going on in our lives. Seems, that we don’t know what really is the plan of God for us. In the journey of my life, I have many WH-questions. When, Why and How…..But since I learn on how to trust God and give everything to Him all my questions had an answer. When my father left when I was four years old and my brother was 6 months, my young mind was having a big WHY…..Question….WHEN he will comeback,……WHERE is he……HOW we can survive without him………but God gave me a clearer picture and understanding of everything. Since my father left, I am depending to Jesus. I talk to him in my thoughts, dreams and prayers. He is my Father. I asked him if I need something. Though I can’t see Him but I can feel Him every where I am. I made a deal with Him. I told Him when I was 4 and when my father left, from now on You will be my Father. I know you are Real and Exist because I can feel your presence. And He is really a father to me. That’s how wonderful He is.
After 15 years, I met my real father, he has a new family and a daughter. There are only 2 things will happen to me if I grew up with my father…..I grew up as a spoiled gal because I am my father’s girl or I am prisoner of my house. My sister told me , my father was a real strict at her. And she is always guarded by him or by her mother. This is the reason why she is NBSB….No boyfriend since birth until now that she is about to turn to 23 years old…..I am living now in the place where my father lives……With my brother and his family in our own house. Actually, I like my father, as expected, he will really spoiled me. He give me anything I want but I don’t want to abuse it……OFF LIMIT……..So, the thing is……Grew up without a father makes me stronger, determined and it helped me reach my dreams and goals in life. Because God is with me, so I didn’t consider it a defeat but instead a challenge, a test and a great factor to my victory.
And that’s a God promised to all of us. If we remember Joseph the Dreamer……Joseph was his father’s favorite son. But his brothers were so envious at him and made them put in a deep pit, and he was even sold to the Egyptians. But God is with him in every journey of his life. Same with us as well, In every single step and journey of our lives God is there. We need to acknowledge Him and consult Him for His guidance. We knew, that Joseph is prayerful and trust the Lord. And he pleases God that at the end of his Journey he ended as ruler Egypt. On Joseph’s dream he never saw the pit where he was dropped in, or he never saw that he was going to sell to the travelers or even put in the jail. But those things were just part of God’s plan. Good thing that his brother were jealous at him….why????because they made him to dropped in a deep pit, and sell it to the travelers……Good thing that the travelers bought Joseph….why?????It made Joseph go to Pharaoh’s house……….Good thing that Pharaoh’s wife seduced Joseph…….why??????? because it made Joseph drawn in the jail and interpret Dreams and met Pharaoh’s butler……..and God made the Pharaoh to dreamed about the famine and only Joseph ( the man of God) can interpret it……Then the Pharaoh choose Joseph to ruled the Storehouse and Joseph the Dreamer save his brothers, father and all his family from famine.
So, we can see how amazing is our God is? He had a promised for all of us….We just need to be on His will and guidance……GOD’S TIME is better that RIGHT TIME….Because God time is perfect and no regret in the end…… As a human, I do sometimes doubt about God’s faithfulness especially on hard times….like unanswered prayers. And I feel ashamed about myself in doing such thing. His promises are real. And it was me who lack trust and communication with him. I was the one who didn’t do my part that made my prayer request to delay. He wants us to spend more time with Him in prayer and worship. Like, how many hours in a day we spend alone talking to God…..I guess we spend more time on the internet than talking to him. Sometimes, I am too much…..All I asked, is I want this, I want that….Please do it for me…please……But 1 early morning around 3 am, I started to worship God instead of praying and asking for something. It was truly a great experienced singing and praying in the presence of the Lord.Like forget something we need and be just thankful to Him for everything He done in our lives, I want to share it to you God answered my prayer even I didn’t mention it with my mouth. It was all thanksgiving and worship….You can try it and experience the awesome power of God…..
2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
If we have trials in life, we should be thankful…..why? Because, it means that God loves us and He wants us to call Him for a rescue. And it’s time to kneel down and ask our heavenly Patrol to rescue us and bring us to the safe house. God answer is always of perfect timing…..Not too early nor too late……
